Day
01: Home / Delhi
Arrival at Delhi. Pick up from the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Check-in at the hotel. (Rooms available from 12:00 hrs).
Overnight at the hotel.
Day: 02 Delhi
After breakfast you will be doing sight seeing visiting
Raj Ghat, Red Fort was built by Mughal Emperor
Shah Jahan (1639-48 AD), after he shifted his capital
from Agra to Delhi. Jama Masjid (Friday Mosque) made
of red Sandstone and white Marble, India's largest mosque,
which offers place to 20,000 people to pray.
Rest of the day free. Explore the place on your own.
Overnight at the hotel.
Day 03: Delhi
After breakfast you will be doing sight Qutub Minar. Qutub-ud-Din raised
the Qutub Minar either as a victory tower or as a minaret to the adjacent
mosque.
Humayun's Tomb. The structure is one of the best examples of Mughal Architecture
India Gate (India Gate is a 42m high stone arch of triumph). It bears
the name of the 85,000 Indian Soldier. Driving through the Govt. buildings
drive back to the hotel.
Rest of the day at leisure. Overnight at the hotel.

04: Delhi - Patna
After breakfast departure transfer to the airport. Flight to Patna at
10:10 hrs. Arrival at Patna at 13:15 hrs. Pickup from the airport and
transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel. After a little break you
will be doing an excursion of Vaishali - known for Buddha Stupas, Ashoka
Pillar and Bawan Pokhar Temple. This is the place where Buddha announced
his Mahaparinirvana and happens to be the birthplace of Lord Mahavira.
return. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 05: Patna - Nalanda - Rajgir - Bodhgaya (120 km)
After breakfast drive to Bodhgaya, enroute visit Nalanda and Rajgir.
Rajgir, the place where Buddha meditated and preached. First Buddhist Council
was held here and further is known for hot springs, which have curative
powers and is sacred to Hindus.
Nalanda is known for its Archaeological Complex and Museum.
Upon arrival, check in at hotel. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 06: Bodhgaya
Breakfast. Today you will be doing full day sight seeing of Bodhgaya.
Bodhgaya is the place where Lord Sakyamuni (Gautam Buddha) entered into
meditation after being moved by the sufferings of mankind. The giant Bodhi
Tree (Peepal). Then there is Chaukramana, the jewel Walk, where it is
believed that the Buddha strolled while in deep thought. Also visit Shaivite
Monastery and famous Jagganath Temple.Lunch. Dinner. Overnight at the
hotel.
Day 07: Bodhgaya - Varanasi (190 km)
Breakfast. After lunch drive to Varanasi. Upon arrival check-in at the
hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 08: Varanasi
Early morning boat excursion on the river Ganges, a ferry pilgrimage from
ghat to ghat. return. After breakfast you will be doing sightseeing where
you will be visiting the Bharat Mata Temple with a big relief map of India
in marble, Durga Temple, Banaras Hindu University which has an art.
Afternoon excursion of Sarnath - visit the buried Buddhist city where
Lord Buddha gave his first sermon. Return. Overnight at the hotel.
Day
09: Varanasi - Kushinagar (180 km)
After breakfast drive to Kushinagar. Upon arrival check in at hotel.
After lunch city tour. Kushinagar, one of the principal centers of Buddhist
pilgrimage, is the place of Mahaparinirvana. The monuments of Kushinagar
are situated in three distinct comprising the main site of the Nirvana
Temple, the central stupa and surrounding monasteries.
Back to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 10: Kushinagar - Lumbini (80 km)
After breakfast drive to Lumbini. Upon arrival check in at hotel.
After lunch visit to the village of Lumbini where the Queen Mahamaya gave
birth to Prince Siddhartha who later became the Buddha. Another shrine
preserves an ancient image depicting the nativity of the Lord.
Back to the hotel. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11: Lumbini - Sravasti (110 km)
After breakfast drive to Sravasti. Check in at hotel. After Lunch you
will be doing a city tour of the sacred city for Buddhists because it
is here that Lord Buddha performed the greatest of his miracles to confound
the Tirthika heretics. Return. Dinner. Overnight at the hotel.
Day
12: Sravasti - Lucknow - Delhi (Shatabdi)
Breakfast. Departure transfer to the Lucknow railway station to connect
train for Delhi at 15:35 hrs. Upon arrival at 22:10 hrs, pickup from the
railway station and transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 13: Delhi / Home
Breakfast. Departure transfer to the airport. Flight to home.
